Been the odd gem but in the main they have been outnumbered by complete diddies. Main reason why we are where we are. Hughes nearly bankrupted the club hiring his crock mates in his last season. Pressley's second season's hirings looked like they could take us back up, unfortunately the best were sold in the winter break after the Celtic League Cup Semi and it fizzled out.
falkirkzombie
How any bid cud be considered better than one run for and by the fans.... f**k knows, will without a doubt be better for the bank accounts of the MSG
Gus2
If I was the boys BtB I would be looking at gaining shares or offering to work with Campbell and Park in return for a minority share holding and two seats on the board
Sgt Bilko
Statement reads ok. But we all know the talking to the fans etc will probably fall away if deal goes through. Again well done and many thanks to Kenny and David for all the hard work they put in. Just a shame they were dealing with a bunch of greedy money men, who try to talk a good game but aren't really prepared to lose a single penny.
brokeville
If this happens and we see the promised investment then on paper this is good news. Hopefully it will be concluded before the transfer window closes.

Taxi for De Massis
Do appreciate the effort made by BtB, shame it didn't go ahead as their interest was more clear (no mention of the "f" word - feeder) One good thing is that we have a Director of Football who actually knows about football. Also, if this initial seven figure sum involves some serious playing staff cash, then we could pretty much buy our way out of League 1. Intrigued to see what the bookies will do with our odds for this season. Then again, didn't we try to buy our way out of the Championship last season? Anyways, cautiously optimistic.
Gus2
Having read the statement (Taking it on Face value) Seems good and if concluded before the window closes and would say a cash injection of 150K (3 or 4 Players) into the playing side is need in Jig time Edited July 26, 2019 by Gus2

Yes but with a clown as a manager and an even bigger clown as a "scout"

Stainrod
Club in 3rd Division worth X Club in top Division worth X + Y If Y > the amount needed to get the Club up two divisions, then it's an investment opportunity. The answer to all these equations is Zero unless it’s Celtic and even then who would take the chance. The investors in Sevco when they were in doc 3 wont be sitting on much of a profit unless they can win entry to the champions league. Although Celtic giving Lennon another chance might just be the gift horse the **** have been looking for !

Anyways, cautiously optimistic. We did try to buy our way out of the championship last year. Hartley went mental and bought players with ‘big futures’ from English premiership academies and players that weren’t quite in their first teams at English championship league one. If we had a normal manager last season.........
