19QOS19
Bottom again absolutely shocking full new team and still can’t win. A lack of experienced players in this league and a goal scorer is the issue. At the moment I’m afraid to say the club will be relegated and it’s a long way back look again Raith. Oh and what’s happened to One F in Falkirk? Patience. You have us next week and we could end up fielding 10 players. You'll be in with a shout of a win.
Bairnardo
Patience. You have us next week and we could end up fielding 10 players. You'll be in with a shout of a win. Every week is fucking massive for us now, we are killing any momentum and we seem unable to win the games where the chips are down, the ones we look at and think "if we want to get safe we have to win this". Next week could be the epitome of that as we fail to beat you with Partick having done just that today.

Oh and what’s happened to One F in Falkirk? Missing it you miserable sod? Much better today and without Osman giving away stupid fouls then us not being organised at the back we could have won that at a canter. Caley had nothing outside the free kicks and Rudden could still have won it at the end.
WestfieldBairn
Paton and DKD need to start next week IMO.
Russ
Honestly don’t understand the amount of negativity after today. It wasn’t great but light years ahead of our last home game against Dunfermline. There’s definitely encouraging signs there and we are absolutely a much better now than we were before January. Heard one guy on the way out saying ‘that’s not any better than the first game of the season’. Absolutely mental statement.
Russ
Paton and DKD need to start next week IMO. So much this.Hopefully we’ll have added a proper right-back and another striker able to link the play. Really missing a Lee Miller type up front someone that can hold the ball up and bring others into play.
Sgt Bilko
Some of the shouts from the south stand today, just bonkers. Hopefully get that win at home next week. Fingers crossed anyway.
southstand_bairn
Some folk clearly pay zero attention to the team/players/passages of play. The last 30 minutes were much better and goals are there. Granted we were all over the place at times but it’s pretty much a new squad there are signs of improvement. If it’s enough is yet to be seen but to claim that was shocking are clearly thinking we are going to march up the league and pip United. We’re in the shit and we need to be realistic.
Reggie Perrin
I'm not saying it's a bad performance but we need to be picking up more than a point a game, Especially when the team below us is picking up 3. Yeah, sure, we're a point closer to to Alloa, but that's little consolation when we are back at the bottom of the league.Lots of points to be won and lost and every team in this league is beatable. We certainly have a better team than we ended the year with, all still to play for.
knee jerk reaction
Go back to September, October and we couldn't get out our own half against anyone in this league. It's a minor miracle we're not around 10 or 11 points adrift. We didn't win today but there's a massive improvement in the team.

With 14 games left you need to string a few wins together that's your problem. Clock ticking down and next weekend we're into February's games. Absolute must win game for you is Alloa away on the 9th Feb.

DKD also linked up well with Rudden up front and showed a bit of creative spark we've been sorely missing.........I'd rather have him on from the start than petra.
wee_bairn
Slightly worrying interview with Ray that he’s looking for a Centre half and a striker. A back four of Dixon - McGhee - Mckenna - RB would be better than McGhee outwide. Also mentioned that a premiership striker rejected a move to us due to our position. A deal was agreed with the clubs. Edited January 26, 2019 by wee_bairn

Right back and a physical striker? Anything else? A bit of guile and creativity in the final third really would not go amiss because, once again at home, we failed to trouble a bombscare of a goalkeeper for 85 minutes, only looking threatening when Keillor- Dunn was on. Would like to have seen him start today in behind Rudden. Petrivicius is very inconsistent and McLean has not impressed at all. We should be looking for at least one genuine winger/wide midfielder. At the moment, we are sorely reliant on Rudden for goals and, by the looks of it, DKD for any creativity. Not enough.

Well who would want to come to a club heading for league one had we been in the top 4 playoffs who knows.
Bairnardo
Well who would want to come to a club heading for league one had we been in the top 4 playoffs who knows. Ray actually said the guy didnt want to play in the Championship, never mentioned our position. Our position is irrelevant unless you are asking someone to sign on permanent and longer than 6 months.
