Sending him to the Scottish 2nd tier tells you all need to know from the club that have a reserve squad that rarely plays first team games and probably has amassed £100M+ from transfers with players who havent played double figures in games for the first 11 or at all. A hell of a lot of the Sammut type players are generally freed with Chelsea only interested in players that will get them a 9 figure transfer, anything below that is poppycock to them.
