The Falkirk FC Thread

Doesn't matter when their contract ends. They are still in contract with Morton FC and Crawford advised what he felt was acceptable to release them from their contracts. It could have been a million if he wanted!

If a club want a player who is in contract, they don't pay a transfer fee making up his remaining wages do they? They pay what the selling club want for that player.

Can see Falkirk settling this soon as they clearly know they have done wrong!

Here's the thing. Snake fuckwit Ray will no longer be able to hide behind his smug c**t face not looking anyone in the eye when he says it was all just coincidence and hadn't planned it all behind the backs of everyone.

As it would appear it's going legal because there is serious cash involved, snake ray will need to identify who the "reporter" was that told him that morton had refused contact from Falkirk. The alleged reporter is going to have to say where they got that info from - presumably someone at falkirk and the whole sordid backdoor shitfest will be out the open.

The dishonesty of Snake Ray and indeed perhaps members of the Falkirk board will be laid out for everyone to see.....by the way it's obvious it wasn't a reporter that told ray we had refused the approach from Falkirk - he was probably phoning Crawford whilst sitting next to the Falkirk Chairman.

The truth will out !

Think you're getting confused between criminal trials and civil m9.

Or your Chairman is pandering to your crowd and playing the victim when he knows he has made a massive ar5e of Ray's contract. Very careful statement that excludes the use of the word 'Legal' when bleating on about redress don't you think?  Anyway good luck for the rest of the season lads it's been a pleasure doing business with you.

By the mere definition its a contract that can be ended by either party with a specific notice period rather than at an end date. I am guessing there would be at max  a two month notice period, as with standard employmeny contracts, therefore unless Ray was on a significant wage at Morton then a six figure sum for compensation doesn't seem quite right.

Any contract can be ended by mutual agreement and notice period served. These contracts were not as one party did not agree to the termination. Hence the legal action.

How much is paid out to Morton for our management team will be up to the courts to decide. There is a possibility McKinnon, Taylor and Falkirk FC could all be sued separately

So you have admitted you are guessing which basically means you have no idea what contract Snake had with Morton. You have no idea if it was or wasn't a rolling contract and if it was, the notice period of that contract!

Crawford had clearly stated he was in contract until May 2019 and that he has breached that contract by signing with you lot. That is fact!

Not sure why no Falkirk fan has admitted that your club has simply fucked up here, it's that obvious! The fact that the Falkirk board have failed to comment on this tells it's on story!

Doesn't matter if it's criminal or civil legal case. In the pursuance of what actually happened to make the civil court decision, you will have to give "evidence" which is submitted under oath. Any half arsed lawyer through the process of "further and better particulars" will be able to get to what actually happened and by whom. The actual decision on if we get £100k or not is one thing, the exposure through this legal case will be the thing that confirms both snake ray and Falkirk board members as untrustworthy and liars.

No you are not understanding what the definition is my friend, both parties do not need to agree to the termination one  just needs to serve notice. As I pointed out earlier your Chariman has been very careful with his words and has not mentioned 'legal' in his statement. Wonder why that is? Anyway hope you enjoy the rest of the season we will all be getting behind Ray's new Navy Blue Army whilst you lot mop up your tears. COYB

Is the story that they want to avoid embarrassing, tear stained, press releases?

Just hope you don't have to pay out anymore money this season as you'll need it for January to help buy all those new players in the vain hope the snake can save you from relegation

I'm sure your board would react the exact same way if they went for GN instead under the same circumstances!

Morton fans are realistic enough to slate the board when we f**k up, i.e the Quitongo situation, but everyone is right behind them on this one and rightly so!
