What was the purse?

A paltry $50 Bunnings (Aussie B&Q) voucher. I spent more in fuel going to and from the University.

I just took part out of interest to see what the health benefits or otherwise would be. I've also got a mate with a mad wife who refuses to give her kids any dairy products and I was kind of hoping this could provide me with some sort of first hand knowledge to use as ammunition in our next heated exchange that she is depriving her kids of essential nutrition.

I've recently finished medical trial where I was drinking 750ml of A2 milk for 3 months but I've still to get my results. I will report back if and when she gets the finger out

Keep a bucket handy, just in case  :shutup

There was a minute's applause for Ricksen at Albion Rovers v Edinburgh City yesterday...
I do hope there was a minute's applause at Ibrox when Albion Rovers' goalie coach Michael Duke sadly passed away....
We had one at Hampden. The SPFL sent round an e mail saying that clubs could agree on the day to have the applause or not. Sad though it was, I don't see any reason for clubs with no connection to the chap doing this. Do we do this for every tragic death or just where there's an Old Firm connection?

East Fife and Dumbarton were in agreement with this sensible approach. Tragic as Rickson's early death was, it was decided that there was no connection with either club...

It's pandering to Sevco and Celtic.

How many clubs had one for that former Hearts player who recently died?

That Greta Thunberg girl seems like a stuck up wee cow who think she's better than you and me.
I do actually feel a little bit bad writing that as she has achieved more in her life than I have and is doing it for a good cause but I just think shes creepy as f**k, like she's escaped from the set of a Stephen King film!!

I was actually going to post similar thoughts. I generally agree with the direction of travel she's going in but I find her bloody annoying for some reason.

Which is perhaps the point:

"The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man."- Shaw.

Who else could do it though? A pretty 14 year old or a fat ugly one? Either way the slightly odd one wins every time. And she's clearly better than you or me, unless she's sold her story to the Sun.

Nah, just seen her on TV. She can f**k off!!
"You've stolen my childhood"
Shut. Up.
Nothing but a media pawn.
Exactly this sort of thing, laying it on a bit thick for my liking (again I'm not disputing/playing down that there's a problem).

Anyone who manages to stir the population into action is alright with me, but she should be going after the huge corporations rather than simply asking folk to use paper straws.

Her address to the U.N. should have been broadcast on paper view.
