Did he post the same photo on any of the three occasions that Prince William's white wife gave birth to children and were met with the same circus (if not more seeing as he's heir to the throne) surrounding the unveiling of a royal baby?

He posts that photo all the time.

He also had a series of gags based around monkeys dressed as celebrities.

Probably not. Ergo?

Any word on what he posted on the occasion of every other black and mixed race celebrity baby? Any monkeys?

He does have a longstanding whimsy about monkeys dressed as famous people though. How many of those famous people are black I don't know.

Monkeys dressed as famous people

Playing the long game presumably.

Pretty irrelevant question as he hadn’t thought the “joke” up by then.

A shitload of confusing chimpanzees with monkeys going down on this thread.

For the record I can recall finding out that one or other of the parents to be were of mixed race but had forgotten this by the time of the tweet in question and didn't quite get the relevance.

When Tom Baker got handed his jotters I remembered again and got the relevance...

So Baker got sacked for calling a kid a chimp. Mind that time the kid’s dad dressed up as a Nazi?

Yes. He should definitely be sacked from the BBC as well.

It’s because racism is all about class, the way in which it is dangled in front of the general public and then used as a tool to divide us is so completely blatantly obvious when there’s a row like this going on twitter but this sort of shite has been going on for centuries. On one side of the argument you get the Britain first/EDL types who believe the myth that’s its immigrants coming to this country that make their life worse and don’t like foreigners for that reason. But then on the other side you get people who think they stand directly opposite the standard EDL bigots and are doing a great deed to society by standing up and screaming “RACIST” at the top of their voice when ever someone speaks out of line. These people are equally stupid and dangerous as EDL types and are equally obsessed with race, they just go about their business in a different manner. Look at Stinky Bone on this thread for example: “Of course he meant it in a racist way” talking the Baker tweet, before he himself talks about golliwogs and other racist terms without even a hint of irony. Do you not think if you view a joke about a chimpanzee and automatically assume it’s racist because the subject of a the joke has a black grand mother then it’s you who is the one who’s obsessed with race?

The BBC surely need to prove this was a racist tweet which they can’t do, firstly he has a history of posting chimpanzees and comparing them to celebrities and then secondly he had a tweet which clearly confused William with Harry (Homer Simpson reference) which suggests he has no interest in the Royal family and therefore could easily not have known Meghan was mixed race.

Twitter is a mad house.

That was a reference to Wallis Simpson, the last time there was an American in the Royal family. And William's not in the fucking picture.

I assumed he thought it was William in the pic.

So why the Homer link to William?

Because he looks like Homer Simpson. I assumed what you posted was in favour of Bakers claim that he didn’t know which royal was getting married as he looked at that pic and thought Harry was William.
