I read a story of his that was published in the National and it was, being charitable, complete and utter garbage. It read like something written by a standard grade student. Spencey is alright when he’s not obsessing about Irish and Catholic victimhood in modern Scotland. Believed to be high in Sturgeon’s counsels, the thing that really stands out about her is her arrogance. Pontificates to her followers so high handedly about absolute everything and yet is so often caught out on rank hypocrisy and makes a general arse of herself. the astonishing thing though is that it just does not seem to affect her and she is unshakeable in her belief in her own wisdom. I think he’s carved out a decent wee career as a tv presenter on the BBC Scotland channel and doesn’t have much drama so fair play to him. I’ve no idea who she is but politics in Scotland is a mess. If you run as an SNP candidate you’ll probably win, which has opened the door to numerous gormless bell ends running the country. Something to do with said footballer DMing his girlfriend on holiday or something?
