Thinking of trying out McBookie for the occassional scottish football bet, what are people's general opinions of them?

McBookie is very decent IMO. Especially for Scottish games, good offers usually and decent prices. Also the guy running it is really friendly and will always reply and chat to you.

Anyone know if they have bookies in Spain? I'm in Santander for a few days and neither Bet365 nor McBookies will take my money, the sods. I know I could try going through a UK proxy, but I'm wary of dealing with money on them.

P.S. Paddy Power had no qualms taking money from a Spanish ISP.

If you have PayPal, use that to deposit into 365 via a proxy.

If you've got a anytime scorer bet and they score twice do you get double profit?

Not unless it's specified in some sort of promotion.

There's sometimes a market to bet on a player to score twice, or three times.

Do bookies share info? I've had accounts severely limited off boyles betfred and hills in past two weeks! Seems somewhat of a coincidence.

I was told by a guy who works for Bet365 in their Stoke HQ that they do. I can see how it could be in their interests to do it but I would have thought there was some data protection stuff to make it illegal. Maybe there's a sub clause in the conditions that nobody ever reads.

I've had accounts closed within an hour of opening before I'd even placed a bet. Hard to find another explanation for that.

What's the best bookies to ask to give you odds on something they don't have any markets on currently? I have done the request a bet with Sky Bet but I don't think they'll have got back to me by the start of the season(friday)

McBookies are very quick if you go on live chat. If it's a novelty bet William Hill are good, or used to be.
