I was pished at the time anyway and thought I was being funny winding you up, but I was probably just making a tit of myself. Two glasses of wine and I'm pretty much blootered these days...

Just been and got all ingredients for a chicken jalfrezi for tomorrow

4 chicken breasts diced

1 chopped onion

2 cloves garlic crushed

2 green chillies

1tin chopped tomatoes

half a pint of water

1 tsp ground corriander

1 tsp ground cumin

1 red pepper chopped

half tsp ground chilli flakes

1 red chilli

2 tsp garam masala

2.5 tsp curry powder

Put the lot in the slow cooker, mix together and cook on low for 6-8 hours

Edit;Added half a jar of mango chutney which gave some fruitiness and improved flavour.

Also only needed cooking for 5 hours as any longer and chiken would fall apart too much

A 7/10 recepie

I'm going to take the 2l one back and get a bigger one, it's just too small.

I think a 3.5l will do us, but I see they do bigger ones at 6.5l.

Mmmmmm, will have a wee think.

I can vouch for the 6.5 litre Morphy Richards one.

£39.95 in Comet, but since found out its much cheaper through Amazon

Came home tonight to chicken fillets wrapped in smokey bacon cooked in a ready made jar of BBQ sauce.

Brilliant sticky.smokey finger liking stuff.non,nom

I love that, one of my favourites, but I do like a bit of cheese in it.

I made this last night - to make it in a slow cooker, I follow the instructions as written there, but put it all into a slow cooker instead and cook for 6-8 hours on low heat. It's really nice and rich and it's very easy to make. A 10/10 recipe for me. Very tasty.
