You can only take that everything from eye sockets down has taken the brunt of the impact. A long way off recovering, never mind cycling again. Again, maybe Roglic is peaking too early, but he hasn't done a lot of racing (no one has); before last year's Giro he had possibly over-raced. One thing's for sure, Jumbo Visma's challenge to Ineos (and there's Pinot too) is looking like the Tour could be truly fascinating.The ineos MO is always to peak in the 3rd week of a GT. Bernal didn't start, due to a bad back. the other two have crashed, with the Dutchman dislocating a shoulder. Roglic has crashed, later, but is still racing. Pictures show a 20-30' drop onto rocks, some tree coverage, but he would have to have been lucky to hit those.
