DiegoDiego
Just saw a video that mentioned American Marines being briefly exposed to tear gas in order to experience the reality of a chemical warfare attack. Cue gruesome footage of burly guys 'n' gals vomiting up huge quantities of mucus from their noses and throats. They said it was horrible, but they felt wonderful afterwards. Apparently when Marines catch colds, they joke about being sprayed with tear gas again to get rid of the phlegm.I've been on the receiving end of tear gas. Not much fun but once you're out of it and washed your face it might as well never have happened.

GordonD
Just been for my flu jag and got them to give me my Covid booster at the same time. Had no adverse reaction before, but we'll see how it goes. If I wake up to find my arm has swollen to enormous size and is trying to throttle the wife, it will prove two things: I should have had the jags separately I'm in somebody else's bed
tamthebam
There was a rank outsider riding in the 1.30 at Punchestown with the seemingly Welsh name of Y Fyn Duw a Fydd. With apologies to Welshbairn but I pronounce this as "I find you a fud"...
