We get all kinds of followers here. Wunfellaf/Njord. Banned as Wunfellaf, disappeared as Njord. We don't know if he's drunk himself to death, or run out of credit on his Nokia and can't post anymore.
throbber
The only thing EH11 has that EH6 doesn't is ten pin bowling.
Boostin' Kev
I quite liked the guy tbh. I'm sure he said he was living in a car on a hill somewhere, he was quite entertaining.

I've live here for 6 years and can't say I'd noticed.

I go to Cineworld and used to go to Virgin Active there too and hadn't noticed any bowling place.
Boostin' Kev
WTF Shandon I know it's a boring pastime but everybody knows about 10 pin bowling at FP.
throbber
The corn exchange does it much cheaper. Think the ocean terminal should start doing 10 pin bowling.
Boostin' Kev
7 out of 10 of the most popular contributors are currently living in Edinburgh. Not all of their postcodes are acceptable of course but we should maybe think about making P&B an Edinburgh only forum imo.
Shandon Par
My new postcode will take in such delights as Balerno, Craiglockhart, Juniper Green and Wester Hailes. Plus according to this latest throbber revelation I'll also still have a bowling alley.

Unlucky, EH6. There isn't a comeback to this. He's ruined EH6 for me.
Boostin' Kev
Don't forget Sighthill and the bypass.

Absolute shitehole.
Bobby Skidmarks
I was working the other night and had to access the track at Wester Hailes station about half 3 in the morning. There was a guy raiding the clothes donation and emptying it into his van.
Shandon Par
I just bought some nice new clobber from a man selling it from his van.

Shandon Par
Can't decide if it should be on this thread, PTTGOYN or Reasons to be Cheerful.. Had a night out in Edinburgh planned tonight with an old pal. Guaranteed messy. However.. I stopped drinking (day 6) so had to tell him we would be doing something healthy. The night out will now be a game of squash, possibly followed by a coffee. What have I become?
