The consultation doesn't need to be done in the Office or, in case of senior/key employees a Compromise Agreement would be put in place that would allow the laws to be circumvented.
Scary Bear
Neil Warnock is a massive arsehole. His constant whining about referees is tedious in the extreme. It also shows that he's quite thick and is a shitebag. The talk of him wanting to 'thump' a ref was way too far. I'd love to see a team of refs giving him an absolute kicking. After watching the highlights of that Cardiff v Chelsea game I can see why Warnock was pissed off.

He does it after every game though. It's always the fault of the ref, and not the formation or player selection of Warnock. It's always the ref's fault if his team lose, and not the shite defending or the striker missing an easy chance, or the ball being given away by a poor pass in midfield. He moans about referees all the time, and makes quite derogatory and insulting comments about them. He's a dick.

I agree that Cardiff’s defending wasn’t good enough at the Chelsea goals. However, the decisions the ref made contributed to Cardiff’s defeat. To be fair to the ref, he has a split second and doesn’t have instant replays from multiple angles. His raging should be in general about how far behind rugby the football is with regards to the TMO (Television Match Official). Even the VAR thing is an utter farce with the match ref having to hurry over to the side of the pitch.

sjc
Attended a Western style wedding here in Tokyo today. If you take the worst of the Western ceremony, combined with 12 courses of raw fish and numerous speeches by the bride and groom's company CEOs then you'd love it! Although I did find out that a woman wearing a long sleeve kimono is unmarried as opposed to the short sleeve version.

ICTChris
I’ve put an each way bet on the Grand National and I have no idea how much I win if my horse places.

If it's a betting slip it's probably because you will have taken the odds at the start of the race rather than current odds.
