Just sit and think, today have you too much or too little of something. However, the fact that you blacked out then hit your head on the way down I would go straight to your local A&E to get checked out. I can't think of anything in particular although my house is like a sauna because my mum isnt feeling well so ive been roasting all night. Assuming your mum's just got a bug, you could be coming down with it as well as being way too hot.
