vikingTON Posted April 21, 2010 Share Posted April 21, 2010 Had a general two-week blow out over the holidays, a lot of drinking and of course, all the chocolate eggs. Went to the gym yesterday and I'm about as fit as I was in the middle of February, a couple of weeks into the regime. Haven't lost much in the way of strength though. Looking to do jogging alongside the gym now I'm back at uni for gym use and the weather's good.
