The owner of the black car is clearly not giving a f**k about wheelchairs or mothers with prams. He/she could've done exactly what the white car further ahead did and just park it on the road. It deserves to be attacked with brake fluid for the shite parking but more so for those stupid white lines that might look alright on a Ford Mustang but not a fucking Vauxhall Corsa or whatever it is. She hadn’t noticed one of those little barrier pole things that drop flat. Doctor obviously took objection and erected his pole, barricading her car in the space.
