The Official "lets All Admit Hibs Are Brilliant" Thread.

Hibs will be the big team in the Championship next season. I'm sure the posts of their fans will reflect this.

PS. My iPad wanted to autocorrect Hibs to 'Hi sunshine'.

So the backdrop of Scottish football in recent years is

Rangers getting liquidated, starting again in the bottom division and taking four years to get back to the Premier League despite the 2nd largest budget in the country.

Celtic taking until April to win a one team Premier League considering Aberdeen bottled it every time they got anywhere near them, coupled with multiple absolute humiliations in Europe over the past few years.

Dundee Utd turning into a shambles of a club with players walking off the pitch, and points deductions in the run up to a humiliating relegation.

Dundee and Livingston both going into administration more than once.

East Stirling being bottom of the football league for the best part of at least two decades, culminating in them losing their league status after a two legged defeat to a lowland league side.

Vladimir Romanov turning Hearts into a shambles leading to administration and relegation.

Morton losing 10-2 to Hamilton fucking Accies.

And yet Hibs have still somehow managed to time and time again screw things up so badly that they are undoubtedly the laughing stock of Scottish Football.

We also went into administration.

Cowdenbeath lost 10-0 to Hearts, got relegated, lost 7-1 to Dunfermline and proceeded to get relegated again.

In fairness, teams like East Stirling and Morton can be as Hibsy as possible and still nobody would bat an eyelid such is their irrelevance.

Within a few years you'll be the 3rd biggest team in Edinburgh now so you'll know how it feels.

^^^ Raging that his team going bust didn't send shock waves through Scottish football.

It did, but I was more concerned with still having a club, which I thankfully still do  :thumsup2

Pars fans went to incredible lengths to save the club, with a huge contribution from the Rovers, Hearts and even some from your lot.
