Deanburn Dave Posted March 12, 2021 Share Posted March 12, 2021 I poached a smoked haddock fillet in milk, first time I've tried this out and it worked really well.Flaked smoked haddock and cauliflower in a slightly cheesy sauce is a superb meal. So I found a recipe for Massamam curry online and went for it tonight. To say it was a success would be an understatement.
