Just googled Juniors' recipe. I'm intrigued by "sponge crust" rather than the traditional "Graham Cracker"

Mark Connolly
Ah, even better. I've made the one from the New York Cult Recipes book, and it's magnificent.

Honest Saints Fan
I'm making dinner for the first time in about 2 years A meatball bake with pasta and garlic bread. We shall see. Have to sit down every 2 minutes as my back is absolutely fucked so I started it about 4pm!
Granny Danger
An Asturian based pork, chorizo and bean dish using cannellini beans (other beans can be used). A tomato base to this and some black pudding added. A very hearty dish we usually have in the colder months. Served with some crusty bread and a Malbec from Aldi that was recently recommended on here.
D.A.F.C
Ribeye steak with bowl of med style veg.Fat is annoying to cut around but it's so much tastier than sirloin.
eddiemunster
One of the small benefits of the current lockdown is being able to take time for a nice breakfast. This was just some bacon, avocado and soft boiled eggs on gluten free toast. You need to put something tasty on gluten free bread because it's absolutely shite.
Silverton End
Got a couple of lovely Scotch beef 1/4 pounders this morning, for the bbq, as it was set to be a lovely afternoon, we could not get any seeded brioche burger buns anywhere though. Burgers on hold Therefore it was hello to an old friend, the kebab boi even topped it with a free Adana skewer Loyalty bonus

Yes, that's where we usually get ours. Supply chain problem, according to a staff member
