Miso soup tonight. Various stuff in it, mainly prawns.

Anyway, my jar of lazy chillies must be the Russian Roulette one cos I used less than a teaspoon between the soup and frying the prawns, and that fed two of us. It was still hot enough to power a large town.

From Eyemouth I hope??

No boats from here land fish I’m afraid, it’s prawns and shellfish. “Fresh Eyemouth fish” is no more

For lunch we’re having breaded chicken breast and pork sausages cooked then sliced and allowed to cool.  With tortilla, fresh bread and some caramelised onion chutney.

Accompanied by Orvieto for the missus and Chardonnay for me.

This is in no way a criticism.

You do some amount of early in the day drinking.

Do you follow it on throughout, or is it just a couple at lunch then aff it till later?

I very rarely drink more than half a bottle of wine at any one time, more often than not less than that.  I very rarely drink more than a bottle of wine over the course of a day, again usually less than that and often none at all.

I will admit to increased early drinking during this lockdown, but to put it in context so far today I have been out for a walk, spent an hour power washing and been for a swim.
