Chicken goujons.

Cook 3 large chicken breasts in the oven, let them cool, cut them into strips, put some slices of wholemeal in a blender to make the breadcrumbs, coat the strips in egg, then dip them in the bread crumbs and fry them until golden brown. Serve with a raita dip.

That sounds really good. Might make that for the kids this week as I think they would really enjoy that.

Homemade spicy meatballs and rice. For the meatballs - 500 grams of lean mince, onion salt, parsley, chilli flakes and paprika.

For the sauce - two Tins of baked beans (blended of course) onion salt and paprika.
