Going to have scrambled egg when i get home from work. Any tips on how to stop making it runny or sticking to bottom of the pot? Cheers

Right, you have to add a wee touch of oil to the bottom of the pan, not too much to affect the eggs, but enough to keep it moist.

As for not making it runny, just keep cooking it until it's a very deep yellow, too light and it's runny. CASHBACK!

Had a roll on Black Pudding, a roll on Square and Chips & Cheese after the Golf today.. then went to the Gym to burn it back off and came home to some leftovers from the pasta dish i had last night.
