Been marinading beef strips in soy sauce all day, got the beansprouts, sliced carrot, bamboo shoots, onions, petit pois wee peas, green peppers, bit of ginger, garlic and green chillies. Just needing stir-fried in some sesame oil seasoned wok and a wee drop rice cooked. Smashin.

The mince is out defrosting for tomorrow. Chile or Bolognaise. Not decided yet.

Will cook what I'm daintily calling 'brochettes' later, and fried rice.

Had another bowl of udon noodles for lunch. I'm getting bored of these. Only one packet to go, though.
