I made sausage and chorizo ghoulash that Simon Rimmer did on SFTW on sunday.

I added some tomato puree as well to mine though and had it with pasta not rice. OK, but sauce was a bit thick and gloopy for me.

Doing home made fish cakes with potato wedges and salad tonight. :)

Made a wee chicken, muchroom and bacon pasta dish with garlic sauce which I'll stick in the microwave when I get peckish. Got a bit of garlic bread with me but we've only got a microwave at work so it might have to munched cold.
