Do you expect me to stand over a hot hob for half an hour ladeling stock until it evaporates? I've got the laundry and ironing to do, dogs to walk and children to home-school. But do I get a word of thanks??????????????

But enough time to take pics and post on P&B, kids should be doing the laundry, ironing and walking the dogs, get them told

Pumpkin and sage is probably my favourite but not been able to get ingredients recently so will be having a mushroom one over weekend. Used to enjoy making one with red wine instead of white and adding peas and pancetta.

Honest Saints Fan
Can't take credit for this. @Rugster has been slaving in the kitchen all afternoon making a haddock gratin and chocolate eclairs!

Dosser-fae-the-shire
Never baked in my life but me and my daughter made cornflake, peanut butter and jam cookies today. Not great looking but tasted amazing. Some of the cooking on display here is very impressive. The Thai pancakes earlier looked amazing. No way I could even attempt that.

Funky Nosejob
Lasagne-ish. No béchamel, but an extra layer of ragu and a generous topping of grated cheddar. Structure didn't survive the cut but it tasted fine.
