So having decamped to my girlfriend's here in sunny Uxbridge for the foreseeable, taking advantage of her good oven/kitchen that isn't a corner of the living room. Today was tacos with carnitas, following the binging with babish cubanos recipe for the super garlicky citrusy pork shoulder. Lots left over for a few days if sandwiches. Easily one of the best things I've ever made or eaten

Pasta itself: I need a machine to roll it thin enough, took forever to get even to al dente consistency.

I found that it took forever but it was possible to make pasta tin enough using just a rolling pin but it probably took me an hour at least using 0.0 flour.

Had gid old fashioned sausage egg and chips for my dinner. Laid the plate down to go  and get something, as soon as I turned around the plate was on the floor and the dogs were on it like flies to shite.

Ended up having a kebab as that was the only place open 🙁
