Today was tacos with carnitas, following the binging with babish cubanos recipe for the super garlicky citrusy pork shoulder. Lots left over for a few days if sandwiches. Laid the plate down to go and get something, as soon as I turned around the plate was on the floor and the dogs were on it like flies to shite.
