Well, s**t, I guess I'm off to buy a few MegaMillions tickets for Friday...tell Sims to hold on a minute...with $483.5M cash value, I'll buy the team, buy the Park, build a new place and put some apartments on the old SP plot to annoy some folks!

I've been employed at Michelin tyre factory for the last 27yrs. Also worked with Dundee Fc as a scout for 12yrs . Did match reports for Peterhead/ Forfar/ Raith Rovers then worked as a Scout for Celtic FC for 1yr. My present position is Head of Academy Scouting at Dundee United FC .
left Dndee United 2018 after 8 enjoyable successful years. After a short break I went on to work for Dundee FC again where I still scout. Accepted player pathway coordinator position with Evro Football Pro where I still work

His about section feels like it was written by someone who had been sniffing the rubber in the Michelin tyre factory. Jesus Christ it reads like a child wrote that...

I've been re-reading the article again. This particular part caught my attention:

Quote

A statement given to Courier Sport read: “It is with regret that we are announcing, following two months of applying due diligence, further discussions regarding the acquisition of Raith Rovers are now on hold.

“Our representatives were present at Stark’s Park and had talks mainly with the chairman, and some with owner John Sim.

"Mainly with the chairman" - the same chairman that's given out two completely gormless statements in the last couple of weeks, giving the impression he knows nothing?

It's maybe just a wee error in the Courier, but it also says he's a free agent... who's a loan star.

I read it as 4 deals brokered. Two free agents, a Swiss international and a "loan star". All of it smells of utter shite being peddled by fucking idiots and being heaped on top of the shite peddled by the idiots in charge of the club now.

Might just be me, but I've read it so that it's both a Swiss international and a loan from a top club.

We couldn't just get a normal philanthropist who wants the club to do well. It simply has to be the most batshit mental scouting scheme on the go.

I read that as them referring to the discussions that have taken place this week in particular rather than over the last 2 months, but who knows.

Surely has to be Sim pulling up the handbrake on a runaway deal.

He probably wants out. We are a financial liability but if its some chancers piling in saying sign my laddie and his power league team then I'd hope he'd tell them to get fucked and wait for another offer.

Am I missing something? Why on earth would the club sanction 4 signings from this mob before the deal has gone through when we clearly don’t have a pot to piss in? Surely if they wanted to complete these signings they need to complete the deal for the club first? I’m no Sim and MacDonald fan but not really sure what they done wrong here, other than get involved with these complete charlatans in the first place obviously.

Yea, this Courier article seems to confirm:

-Silverbear Capital is the muscle, driven by the Spanish and Dutch partners.

-Dellios is the local front man, with Fraser having been wayyyyyyy to closely linked with him in recent years.

—EVRO Football Pro is a amateur act of wannabes and copycats who employ people with the writing skills of a six year-old.

-The scheme seems to rely upon Sim paying out in the short term for some bodies and then the investors funding the club going forward

-MacDonald is either honest, senile or evasive, depending on how correct the Courier story is.

-The investors are either full of s**t or playing a game with the statement to the Courier.

Regardless, this reeks like Kirkcaldy of old.
