foreverarover
I know it’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but not serving food or drinks having played in a game where a club did it seamlessly and made lots of money doing so is just shit. The hard work has been done. Phone Livingston and ask about the logistics of doing it. We are trying to attract more people to games. Serve them refreshments ffs. The logistics is simple. Fence the outside area under the stand with heras. Have a steward to show your ticket. Have a snack van outside.

L. Brilliant
Musonda would have the attributes for playing base of a diamond and Vaughan would be fine at the front, but there's already one problem there and then you still need two guys with legs in between. Legit to scoff at Barry playing Vaughan so far back when he didn't need to, but if he has to play in midfield in a crisis it's probably ok very occasionally. We're short whatever way you spin it

The answer is no, but we don’t have many midfielders available and they aren’t particularly experienced. Wonder what McGlynn is thinking about it?

That said, unless we’re in with a chance of doing something at the business end of the season, five thousand is probably as much as we’d need anyway, and this is hopefully just another temporary step. Can understand why clubs with far bigger supports than ours will be raging about this, but we won’t really lose out at all. The likes of (The) Rangers and Celtic will have a legitimate grievance. 5,000 in Starks is busy. 5,000 in either of their grounds is rattling around in a vast arena. It makes little sense. I suppose they can always apply to the local council for a larger attendance and you would think that would be granted. Not sure what hoops they have to jump through for that or why it’s even necessary.

We're short whatever way you spin it Agreed. Alas, Frankie is also injured. Any idea when we're due him back? We could really do with Matthews back as well. Again he is a different kind of player to Spencer, but he is at least a natural midfielder. Could even perhaps look at a 4-2-3-1 along the likes of: Matthews - Tait/Musonda (if needed) Connolly - Vaughan - Zanatta Poplatnik

Broken Algorithms
Frankie is back in light training I think. I'd imagine we'll give BRS another opportunity rather than panicking. And putting Vaughan immediately into midfield. While he was poor on Saturday, he did well enough at Livi away based on what I've heard.
Paco
Blaise played well at Livingston. Solid 7.5/10. I missed Saturday and there’s no doubt he didn’t look good at all from the highlights, but then I wouldn’t have fancied being Reghan Tumilty through Monday’s video analysis session either. We’re definitely short of numbers, particularly with BRS not fully fit, but between him and Arnott we shouldn’t need to be sacrificing our best player. A huge blow though, particularly with Matthews presumably still a few weeks away at the very least.

CrossgatesCynic
Riley-Snow wasn't great on Saturday at all but played better than that previously, did he not? It's a big ask to throw him into the middle of the park, granted. You also can't ignore the fact that Spencer's injury might not be as bad as first feared...

Raith Against The Machine
To be fair, it's the FFP who've got the broken foot story this morning rather than the Courier, going by their online content. I'm not sure about any print editions. The Courier have been lightyears ahead of the FFP recently though, there's no doubt about that. Alan Temple doing excellent work covering multiple clubs in the region.
CALDERON
Well, after losing Hendry, it was pretty vital to keep Spencer. Losing him for any period of time would be awful.
