If folk were to request a refund and then donate the cash back via one of the channels. Would this avoid the VAT and the club get and extra 20% I imagine they will reclaim the vat directly if fans donate it by not claiming it. Taking it out and back in is unlikely to make any difference.

"For fans who are not claiming a refund, we may be able to claim back VAT on the amount they have forgone by treating that amount as a donation to the Club. If we do not hear from you by Friday 12th June, we will assume your consent". Edited June 8, 2020 by Ro Sham Bo
San Starko Rover
Definitely the right thing to do and I doubt many will take the refund but times are hard for some people right now and I’ll certainly pass no judgement on anyone who chooses to take the money as they may have lost their job and need it. Overall the amount raised has been fantastic.
steakngravy
Does anyone have the millenium derby I seem to recall it was brought out as a video. Would be nice to see it again.

Overall the amount raised has been fantastic. Well said. I think the majority will be happy for the club to keep the money. I’d be disappointed if any of the fans, apart from those in need of the money themselves, claimed it back.

Dont think he scored againdt many other teams. John Millar overall didn't live up to hopes when we signed him. It was telling however that when Rovers said they wanted him as part of the Cameron deal Jefferies was reluctant to let him leave Hearts.
DanElderRRFC
Marino Keith put Falkirk ahead but Craig Dargo grabbed an equaliser for Raith to earn them a point at Brockville.Goals from Paul Hartley and Craig Dargo gave Rovers a comfortable win over Stranraer. The points were shared between Clydebank and Raith in a match played in atrocious conditions at Boghead Park.
Gregor147
What was the Paul Browne story when he pretended to be an agent or something to get a move?

That was the only time I ever went to Brockville. I got there in good time but somehow got lost in Falkirk - eventually I spotted some folk in blue and white scarves so I quickly parked the car and followed them. Got there about one minute to three, couldn't find the away end so I just piled in the nearest turnstile and spent the ninety minutes being entertained by some choice insults about Fifers. Don't remember anything much about the game, except that I think Davie Sinclair was playing for Falkirk.
Wardy
Funny seeing how bad the pitches were back in those days. I’m glad we have arguably one of the best playing surfaces in the country now.

I'd imagine most pitches are a lot better nowadays given the improvements in looking after pitches and stronger rooted and more durable grasses are being used.

That or perhaps mulling the neutral site idea.

That or perhaps mulling the neutral site idea. It'll still be behind closed doors. They're saying there will be imbalance with teams losing a possible home game against Hearts etc and also a Fife Derby as well. Hopeful of getting a percentage of fans in by the end of the year or into January. I'll try and find the link.

January would be the start of the second round of nine, thus suggesting the first round is closed door.
