Were not lumbered with Barry Smith in charge now.

In a way, we did you an enormous favour by going up as Raith we’re hopelessly unprepared for the Championship and would’ve needed wholesale changes.

As right as you are and its inevitably seen us get mcglynn back with a good group of players... Smith would have been found out quick enough and punted. Still find it baffling that a team managed by Smith run you right to the wire after seing how well you have done since coming up.

Think our shambles of a defence and having ridiculously bad luck with injuries to key players helped there.

After promotion we brought Sandy Stewart in full time as a defensive coach and signed new full backs and a better goalkeeper. Nothing really needed changing up front.

You lads seem better prepared this summer and I quite fancy you to do alright.
