roverthemoon
Makes sense. Now that Anderson’s here and our defence has been positively re-shaped, Mendy has pretty much zero chance of a game unless there’s bad injuries in the defence, and I’m guessing he could be instantly recalled in those circumstances.
Jilted John
I wonder what formation we will play now that Vaughan will be our for the foreseeable? We had changed to a front two with one in behind but I don’t think Gullan is overly effective in the hole. I wonder if it’ll be Allan in the middle with Anderson and Bowie on the wings.

philpy
Poor guy. His heid will be bursting when he hears the local dialect in Kelty.
TxRover
I don’t really care the level, this can’t be bad for his play. Worst case, he comes back in Jan and goes out on loan to a League Two team to get more play and experience. Then we can see what he can do next year.
Hank Scorpio
Nando with a debut back heel assist and MoM performance is everything I wanted and more. What a hero.
Jilted John
He got MOTM for us on his debut too. I’m pretty sure both would have been awarded more for his ‘cult hero’ looks and physique rather than his ability. As an aside, James Berry played and was sent off for the team Kelty were playing.

Hank Scorpio
Absolutely fucking distraught for Lewis. Beyond words.
stevoraith
So realistically he’ll be back for the start of pre-season next year. The right thing to do now is to win this fucking league so he can unfurl the championship flag on his first game back.
renton
Fucking hell, really feel for the guy. How do you come back from that?
Paco
That is absolutely horrible. He’s done both of his ACL’s in his last three professional starts. There’s no words for that sort of misfortune. The start before that, he scored a hat-trick in the Scottish Cup against Dunfermline in front of 6000. Gutted. Obviously for the club, no doubt that’s a massive blow to our promotion chances, possibly fatal. But more for Vaughan himself. Can he come back from this?
Big Fifer
That's fucking terrible. Kid is ridiculously unlucky.
Rover1990
No player deserves this but especially not Vaughan. Talented player and hard worker should be playing at the highest level. All the best to him hope he gets back to his best!
Ex Machina
Absolutely devastated for Vaughan, he's without a doubt one of, if not the most talented player I've seen in a Raith shirt. Really hope we haven't seen the last of him and he can come back from it and put the injuries behind him. The one saving grace for Lewis, if he chooses to attempt a return is that he is under contract until May 2021 so won't have to worry about trying to find a club to take a punt on him in the summer given his injury record.
