Should they have been fined but we were just lucky to get off with it? Maybe because it didn’t actually hit anyone? Did Dunfermline not pay a fee for Andy Ryan after one good season at Airdrie? Judging by your previous bits of transfer outgoings it wouldn’t take much for a team to buy Nisbet. Arguably a more surprising rise than Shankland last season. Kilmarnock tried to pay a fee for Allan Russell in the January, after only 6 good months in the same league. They offered £35k but Jim Ballantyne wanted £50k.
