Anyone with even limited football experience could tell he was nowhere good enough.

Yet our manager not only signed him but spent a fortune appointing a specialist lawyer to sort all the paperwork!

Well, the figure I had heard was £10k. As you can plainly see, no one knows anything for sure and conjecture is pointless.

And I thought 5k was bad!!! I suppose at least he’s off the books now, here’s hoping for a loan or two within the next few weeks

It's a strange one, eh.

You hear of players who are great in training but can't replicate that on match days but it was noted that Murray wanted more from him at training.

Epitome of a panic buy.

Its endemic of the market we're in for forwards. Everything is a gamble right now for many reasons. We've replaced Frederiksen with a lad who on first glance looks to have a first touch comparative to my garden wall, though on the plus side, he looks fairly mobile.

I'll take the garden wall over the giraffe on rollerblades.

When you total the money we have spent on 3 strikers over the last 2 seasons who are lucky if they played 3 games between them you can't help thinking we could've afforded a half decent one that could've fired us to the premier league.

Premier league ? 😆

Never in the history of football has there ever been a more Dundee signing. It's pretty much screaming Derry Rhumba and how Barry Smith is a good manager.

More so the fact that they missed out on Simon Murray and punted Zak Rudden out on loan.

Just thinking out loud here, but St Johnstone have added Rudden today.  They’ve now got him, Stevie May, Chris Kane, Michael O’Halloran, Nicky Clark, Theo Blair, Jamie Murphy, Connor MacLennan and Graham Carey who all play up front. If I were a betting man, I’d be quite confident that they’ll be keen to get someone out.
