Scottydog Posted September 23, 2020 Share Posted September 23, 2020 Fair do's, seems we can all name a centre half or two that scored the odd goal but for me they were all pretty sporadic when it came to goals, Laurie is memorable for his header at Dundee but I cant recall him scoring many more (though admittedly that might say more about me than LE though) and pretty much the same for the rest. The exception for me however is the season we had Sparky and Marv it felt like they scored a right few that season, again though that might just be me. It was good in the highlights to see Nando winning those 3 or 4 headers at corners against Stenny and as neither Bene nor Davo have been great at winning headers in the opposing box let alone prolific (I'd call anything more than getting 3 goals a season prolific!) it gives us a good option, though admittedly only if he is improved defensively. As yet we don't know what Muso will be like in the air (or defensively) but there is good video footage of him thumping a shot home from 30 yards, if he can manage that once or twice a season it'd be nice. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
