No mention of him being injured in the pre-match interview yet he wasn’t in the squad and we didn’t even fill the bench. Same with Allan. Don't remember McGlynn saying anything about them in pre match interview.
Hank Scorpio
The interviews on Thursday take place before training on Thursday. McKay and Allan could have picked up knocks in that session or the one on the Friday.

Michael W
The years have gone on but harsh realities have set in which put the transfer fees of Scottish teams (especially lower league) into significant deflation. It hasn't evolved the way the rest of the (elite) game has. Edited October 21, 2019 by Michael W
Scary Bear
I see Ross Laidlaw is now playing for Ross County. Watching the Sportscene highlights and 6-0 was kind. It should have been double figures. Absolutely humped.
Raithie
I see Ross Laidlaw is now playing for Ross County. He’s played every game since the season started. To shite for us by all accounts
CALDERON
Laidlaw was quite error prone. Good on him for forging a career at that level, but he showed absolutely zero potential of that happening when he was with us.
Michael W
I am surprised he has managed to carve out a career at that level given the gaffe-prone disaster that he all too often was. If he could cut out the mistakes he'd be a decent 'keeper. He was given enough chances here to do so but didn't manage it.
Frank conner
It happens Mcgurn wasn't deemed good enough at Morton and look how that turned out.

He's obviously not a bad 'keeper to be at the level he is.
baillieinleeds
Good on the lad, I’ll be honest I thought he’d be playing in the Juniors by now. The few years he’s been away from us you’d think he’d improve loads

Fair played to the lad he's still prone to a few gaffes but he's doing better than most expected. Have you sobered up yet?

I was listening in on Raith TV, they said they knew allan was injured but McGlynn didn't say in his pre match interview as he didn't want the opposition knowing. I am sure he has done this before with injured players

Yeah, for all his lack of goals, Allan's hold up play has been generally useful, that alongside Anderson's willingness to cover ground and get in behind the defender would've allowed us to change our game plan considerably, bypass midfield to an extent and maybe pin Clyde a wee bit deeper when they were turning over the ball. As it is we're kinda already on plan B with not much of a plan C. Edited October 22, 2019 by renton
