Ro Sham Bo
I hope that whatever happens with Vaughan, he doesn't put himself at long term risk, whether mentally or physically, trying to come back from this. It's not worth it.
Raithie
Devastated for Lewis, an absolute model pro with a genuine love for the Rovers and on top of that a fantastic footballer. At a loss at what else to say. Really nice to see opposition fans put rivalry and banter to one side in this situation and wish him well. Kudos to everyone.
1320Lichtie
https://www.arbroathfc.co.uk/craig-watson/ Why was he injured? For trying to scythe Bobby Linn in two with no intention of playing the ball yeah??? It was exactly the same as the Raith player who set out to do Linn and ended up hurting himself Watson initially limped off and was rightly given abuse for it, would have happened at any other ground in the country Only after it the stretcher was called. No hassle then But you carry on havering shite

RaithTheRover
It’s a fact Arbroath set out to hurt Vaughan that game a year ago, therefor putting him out till January.
buchan30
you fool Not as sceptical as that, but i have got to admit i had reservations about anderson coming back due to his crossing the first time around with us. Quite glad that he is proving me wrong.

1320Lichtie
Yeah this certainly was not the way it happened but oh well!!! No it was exactly the way it happened and it was discussed on the thread at the time. On here seeking attention for it too when it has nothing to do with Vaughan how sad. And for the Raith fans saying we set out to do Vaughan, short memories, was it Benedictus or Davidson that got injured trying to do in Mikey McKenna? Big bad Arbroath though.. bagpuss
Has been a devastating few days to support the Rovers . We should be delighted at topping the league instead we're thinking about the desperately sad pong-term injury of the most talented player we've produced in years. A young man who could have gone very far in the game but is unlikely to ever reach his full potential. What has been heartening has been the best wishes sent by fans of other clubs on these pages. Good to see some things transcend our little rivalries. Thank you.
Mon_The_Fife
Got to feel for Vaughan. Always rated him as a player and would have probably been playing at a higher level if it wasn’t for his terrible luck with injuries.
Jilted John
And for the Raith fans saying we set out to do Vaughan, short memories, was it Benedictus or Davidson that got injured trying to do in Mikey McKenna? Big bad Arbroath though.. [emoji23] Hardly comparable. Benedictus tried to chop down a player that was through on goal if he got past him. Ended up injuring himself more as a result.
