CallumPar
Thanks for Nisbet guys. Despite many of your concerns, he looks a great player at championship level and has been offering a lot more to the team than just scoring goals.

Rovers1992/1993
Thanks for Nisbet guys. Despite many of your concerns, he looks a great player at championship level and has been offering a lot more to the team than just scoring goals. You’re not the first pars fan that’s came back on here and made it look like Rovers fans told you he only scored goals..Kevin Nisbet is the most complete striker we’ve had in a few Decades. He does absolutely everything. His goals will obviously be missed. But so will his link-up play, his work rate etc as well. Everything that happened up front went through him last season.

A few goals against lower league opposition mean nothing. Let's see how he gets on in the championship.

Anything that lot they spoke to last night achieve in life can only be an improvement. A goal and an assist against Dundee is a decent way to kick off his Championship season!

parsforlife
Well you never paid us for him while he was under contact, so it'll go to a court? where it's decided how much we're owed. Your owed f**k all. He left under a clause in his contract that if your we’re shite he didn’t have to stick around a witness another year in league 1 with the rest of you diddies. We didn’t just randomly sign players that are under contract, you can’t get them registered for a start. Edit-I’ve see a couple of quotes from rovers claiming their entitled to training compensation. A) this is an odd situation as he was released from his contract, not the normal moving on at the end of your contract so I doubt any tribunal will look favourably on that, possible even refusing to hear any case. I will have been difficult for rovers to follow the correct procedures as these are all based around a player’s contract coming to and end. B) 1 years training compensation for a league 1 player amounts to a bag of balls and maybe a few bibs if your lucky.

He was under contract til the end of this season, with a clause allowing him to speak to other clubs should we not be promoted. There is definitely money due. Edit: it's something like that anyway! Compensation wasn't agreed between the two clubs, therefore it goes to tribunal to decide what's a fair price for the player.
