Enigma
I’d play Nizzy. Keeps him fresh, sharp and, if he scores, his confidence up.
Tony Stark(s Park)
The fife free press post thing Matty Elder put up Nisbet says he will be shooting for everywhere to get the Tartan Boot. So he’s 100% starting
Raithie
Is he really going to lose sharpness/freshness/confidence between Saturday and Tuesday/Wednesday (whatever day the first leg is on)?

Shankland and Dobbie are obviously out of the question now, but would be interesting to see how Henderson and Nisbet finish if the playoffs are included.

mo83
Personally, I'd keep Nizzy out. Montrose have been a bunch of hatchet men so far, especially the lad Watson. No point risking him. Give game time to Duggan. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I don't think they will, but our record with injuries this season is atrocious. Nisbet is our only hope at coming close to promotion, playing him on Sat is a risk.

While they've got nothing to play for, we've already seen them go out their way to injure Vaughan in the first game, and then in the second they had a boy elbow Matthews in the first half.
pub car king
Why chance even chance it, we have absutly f**k all to gain and the player of the season to lose if it goes wrong. We need at least 2 goals every game just to be competitive so if he gets crocked you can forget it.

As if a professional would go out to deliberately injure another. What will your excuses be when you cock up the play offs again. Really looking forward to witnessing your trophy party on Saturday. Absolutely agree, surely McGlynn must grow a pair, show some authority and just tell Nisbet he is far too important to the team to be risked at Montrose on what is a very poor surface. If he plays and it goes badly wrong (which being Rovers it could well do) the potential £19K extra prize money will not cover the medical bills, let alone make any chance of winning the playoffs without our talisman go down the toilet. After all he isn’t going to lose any sharpness in 3 or 4 days for goodness sake. If it is just a Tartan Boot Nisbet is going to get upset over, I can send him an old pair of Tartan slippers to keep him happy and he can wear them at 3PM on Saturday with his feet up - SORTED[emoji1]

basher brash
Nizzie might be away heard the full timers have clauses built in to there contracts either Rovers can get rid or the players are free to walk if failure to gain promotion trouble is he will have plenty of admirers but hopefully he would want to stick around a little longer.
LoonsYouthTeam
Surely there's every chance Raith could set out to injure Montrose players given that's your potential final opponents? That's if you're sticking to that ridiculous claim

But yeah I don't think anyone is going out to deliberately injure anyone else.
