Right, my sky box isn't connected to the phoneline, can I still order things from Sky Box Office?

Yes, with the help of a 9v battery ;)

I'm looking to book a DJ for a wedding. Anyone got any tips on who to go with? We're getting married in Glasgow so obviously a local DJ would be helpful.

Thanks.

Right, I still would like a definitiva answer as to whether I can order Wrestlemania off sky box office despite not being connected to a phone line, I would also like someone to try and find me a cheaper way of getting to London overnight on the 28th April and back overnight on the 29th - I know these train booking things can be complicated so I was hoping a more experienced person could help me out :)

I will do it - I don't have any stuff but I have my ipod and the speaker dock thing, Build Me Up Buttercup all the way :D

Hired! That Keith is such a pessimist.

Have you looked at the megabus? Usually far cheaper than the train and you can travel overnight there and back.

Edit to add: and yes, I think you can order films/wrestlemania through box office, but you'll need to phone Sky to arrange it if your phone line isn't connected.

By train, you will not get anything cheaper than £110 for a Friday night train from London to Scotland. Travel up the east coast departing Kings Cross on the 6.30pm or 7pm and you will be outside the peak ticket restrictions so might get something cheaper.

Megabus or National Express are the next best alternatives, but any mode of transport from London to Scotland on a Friday night will be the most expensive time of the week.

If you don't have a phone line connected to the box you can still order it by phoning Sky, though it costs £1 extra to do it that way.

Listening to radio, and news is reporting 'Japanese Radiation in Glasgow'.

How are the sure its Japanese radiation and not some more local stuff?

There most be hundreds of power stations/ radiation sources between here and Japan,

are they all totally leak proof?

Why specifically Glasgow, did it fly into Heathrow, and get the Easyjet up?
