It's won't keep beef, lamb or chicken for 6 months - especially not at room temperature. If what you're saying is true (and I'm not doubting you) then presumably there's more to it than that. Given that the company has been going for longer than six months and I've seen nothing in the news about an outbreak of food poisoning among their customers I can only assume that whatever they're doing is working.
