What if, once sewn on, his hand rejects it?

Tradesmen of P&B.  How much, roughly obviously, would it cost to install an upstairs bathroom in an older property that has one downstairs atm?

En-suite or a separate family bathroom which could be accessed from all bedrooms?

Estimates for both would be good.

My mother-in-laws house has a downstairs bathroom and I think that moving one upstairs will help her sell it.

Bathroom installation costs vary

While you can get a good evaluation of estimated costs when planning work on your bathroom, the end figure can vary. The recommended installers quoted a range of £100 to £140 for small jobs like fitting a pedestal basin while larger tasks such as tiling a large bathroom came in with an average fee of £1,000.

Overall, the average cost of installing a new bathroom in the UK is £4,500. However, if you’re simply swapping a like-for-like suite, without additional tiling or flooring, you may be able to achieve this for as little as £1,500.

The reason why costs vary is that each job will need to be priced in relation to its individual circumstances. The size and shape of your bathroom will affect how easy a job is to complete, how long it will take and how much materials will be used. If there are unseen complications, such as damaged piping, then this will raise the cost of the quote.

Costs can also increase where existing fixtures need to be removed, plus prices can differ across different geographical locations.

At least you can see his face. The Daily Record used to run stories about kids which they illustrated by pictures of their faces - pixellated.

Depends if the owner is equally old? if so the price will be higher than younger folk.

The past few nights I've cycled by about half ten and there was still folk going about. I haven't seen an announcement but the week previous it was still closing at ten.

Do you mean home delivery or just the stores? For the stores it depends which one. The one in Grangemouth is back to being 24/7.

Just the stores. If one has then it has to be assumed some others have too. Ta.
