Technically they weren't watching from Bubbles Hill.

Bubbles is the name of the swimming pool at the top of the hill behind the south stand and is therefore known locally as Bubbles Hill.

The hill the Dundee fans stood on to get a free view of the game due to being tight-fisted twats comes down from West Lothian College and is therefore known locally as College Hill.

Don't believe all the Billy Boy's from Derry stories that they were locked out ! Tight-fisted twats :D

The benefit of what doubt? Seriously, what doubt can possibly remain?

I don't think there is any doubt so you would need to ask someone who still thinks the Italians are good guys. Livilions is full of these buffoons.

Being abroad not too close to the latest news, but any updates on Thursday's court cases?

http://www.livilions.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=15240

Apparently Jigsaw Travel, Leader Timber and Biggart Baillie were looking for some sort of repayments.

Anyone know if Massone needs a new Mass-loan-ey?

Did Jigsaw Travel's "final demand" prove too puzzling for Angelo to understand?

Has Leader actually been a losser?

Has Baillie proven a Fail+lie?

Updates needed please?

Assuming that Masonne is clever enough to enter a defence then he will have between 3 and 6 months before the next court hearing so he might actually have paid the debts by then.

I know he didn't defend at least 6 of the earlier claims as there are 6 outstanding CCJs.

They are back in court on Tuesday with two other cases;

1/ Fitzrovia Limited -v- Livingston Football Club Limited

2/ Harper MacLeod LLP -v- Livingston Football Club Ltd

I note that these two cases are being defended by a firm of solicitors from Glasgow. It must be remembered that parties do end up on opposing sides of the courtroom as a result of genuine arguments and perhaps Massone has now woken up as to how the Scottish legal system operates.

For the sake of everyone's sanity on here - I hope he hasn't posted a defence, but instead had the good grace and decency to admit defeat.

And we are all expected to believe these twitterings from a cretin with the intellect of a shoe?

The money you missed from the 100,000 or so Dundee fans has put your club in this dire financial position, don't say we're not nice to you. :P

Harper Mcleod are a prominent legal firm and handle a lot of football cases. They are involved in the deiberation between SFL and SPL regarding the legality of any prposed further breakaway from SFL. This may not be relative other than the fact they are a shower of c***s who would take the eyes oot yer heid.

According to the radio Livvy have stopped producing a proper programme, just a photocopied sheet available today.

Yeah, they owed their programme printers (Garthland Print who produce the 'Ton programme) a load of money. Garthland recently recovered this by way of an arrestment on the Livi bank account. Obviously, Livi can't afford to contract with a new printer. Joke really.

was it not the 6th Dec 2008 (original date of fixture) programme, with a photocopied update by paul hegarty, that was mentioned on the radio. still points to a lack of available printer to do a re-run. what will they do for the next home game?

Possibly, apologies to Livvy if in fact everything is ok and they don't have any printing problems after all.

:)

Yeah it was. My thought was that they probably had a few boxes full of them somewhere and didn't want to put them to waste. I don't think it points to the lack of a printer as such.

  • 3 weeks later...

So .. let's ignore this month's wage problem as it is getting coverage elsewhere, and be ground breaking, and look at the future of Livi.

March's payday - The last Thursday of the month is 26 March; last date is Tuesday 31 March. What is likelihood of the staff and players being paid before April Fools day for their March endeavours?

Maybe the chairman thinks that the players are so stupid that if he delays their wages until early the next month they'll think they've been paid a month in advance.
