Bubbles is the name of the swimming pool at the top of the hill behind the south stand and is therefore known locally as Bubbles Hill. The hill the Dundee fans stood on to get a free view of the game due to being tight-fisted twats comes down from West Lothian College and is therefore known locally as College Hill. I know he didn't defend at least 6 of the earlier claims as there are 6 outstanding CCJs. They are back in court on Tuesday with two other cases; 1/ Fitzrovia Limited -v- Livingston Football Club Limited 2/ Harper MacLeod LLP -v- Livingston Football Club Ltd I note that these two cases are being defended by a firm of solicitors from Glasgow. They are involved in the deiberation between SFL and SPL regarding the legality of any prposed further breakaway from SFL. Yeah, they owed their programme printers (Garthland Print who produce the 'Ton programme) a load of money. Garthland recently recovered this by way of an arrestment on the Livi bank account. Yeah it was. My thought was that they probably had a few boxes full of them somewhere and didn't want to put them to waste.
