Lets factor in the fact that Martindale also puts in the hours doing work that is so far removed from his managerial role that no manager taking over would be willing to do. Although I am sure Dick Campbell is dab hand with a paint brush anaw.

I left the FB group long ago - seem to recall someone claiming Liam Kelly was past it because Donnerumma was already a starter at AC, at 16, and Kelly, 20 at the time, had struggled to break through at Rangers - and that was the final straw for me.

Realistically, when Davie goes we are in for a tough time regardless of who replaces him.

Yeah he's a manager/coach/DOF/project manager/all round handyman.

Good to see us giving 2,000 community tickets away for the St Johnstone game, offered some to them too by the sounds of it.

Although, the two times we've done it this season we've ended up losing to Ross County and drawing with Dundee United, so hopefully that's not a thing.

Big Joel saying what we've all been saying all season, he gets grabbed onto and /or kicked all game and gets very little protection from the refs. Livingston attacker Joel Nouble baffled by 'big man' tag and lack of protection from officials - Daily Record

Quote

He said: “I spoke to the ref (Willie Collum) after (Keith) Watson jumped with two arms on my shoulder and he said ‘you’re a big lad’.

“But what does that mean? So if I’m shorter he’ll give a foul? I hate that line because it doesn’t make sense but I am used to it.

I must be one of the most fouled players in the league because it happens every game. Players will grab me and kick me. When I do go down they’ll say you’re a big lad when I don’t go down they’ll say I’m a big lad and can deal with it so what am I meant to do? It’s frustrating.”

He's here to play Obileye in the Martindale biopic. Livi gone Hollywood, the true underdog story :D

Martindale is obviously the best manager in Scotland, guy is a genius.

I can’t make the game this weekend and fully expect we’ll lose, any else will be a bonus

Never a more true statement has been made. An absolute legend of a man. Gives 100% to everything.

Bradley, Kelly, Bahamboula and Omeonga in the reserves and we got pumped 2-0 by Dundee, ah well at least it gave them a run out for the big game on Saturday. Would expect at least one of them to be starting against St Mirren.

Just over 4,000 free community tickets requested for our upcoming home game with @StJohnstone next month - with 2,206 of those already collected within the first 24 hours of being available! We're looking forward to seeing you all along for this one! 👏

Very good, the community tickets are going well, should be a big noisy kids section cheering on the players against St Johnstone.

Bradley getting a run out here suggest the Penrice experiment may be kept for another week.

I can see Martindale trying something totally different against st Mirren.

Ayo centre mid is absolutely believeable in this game, it's exactly the kind of game he'll overthink, and keeping Baccus quiet will be a key objective...

Ayo's injured still, isn't expected to be anywhere near back ready till pre season training for 2023/24.

Fitzwater is back though, but with him expected not to be here next season and de Lucas getting voted PoTM for March, you'd think he'd have Fitz on the bench to bring on later, if we're trying to see out the game for a win or a draw.

He's misunderstood by many people because of his background. What he's done at Livingston is nothing short of miraculous. Doesn't always get the credit he more than deserves imo.

Totally this.
