You can't reallocate a number until a player has left the club and technically Mullen hasn't left and won't do until January. Unless the SPFL over-ride their own rules here they won't let him have 10. Watch us get a fucking fine/point deduction for not registering him properly because of the shirt number
LogieLivi
Best performance of the season was away to QOTS. Danny wasn't in the squad. I reckon we'll be fine without him.
EdinburghLivi
I am disappointed but hold no grudges against him. I think he's been a very good player for us over the past two or three seasons and will keep improving at a club which currently has more potential to grow than us. Probably good business for both parties. If the game goes ahead on Saturday, I think this may actually give us a much needed lift after three weeks off.
LIVIFOREVER
Any chance we can use some of the fee from selling Mullen to stick on the USH for this weekend's game and the midweek Tues night Falkirk game too. LIVIFOREVER
Well Hopkin certainly rates Boyd, sounds very promising: http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/local-sport/livingston-sign-steven-boyd-loan-11682669 Quote Head coach David Hopkin said he was thrilled to get his man and admitted it had been in the works. He said: “Once it was clear that Danny wanted to leave we had to work hard to bring someone in before we could let him go and Steven is someone I wanted last season. He played against us twice at Albion and I thought he was probably the best player on the park. “I thought he had everything. Great feet, link-up play and vision so I’m delighted that we’ve been able to get him in to the club and I’m sure he’ll be a great addition to the squad.”
andylivi1
Game against dumbarton rearranged for Boxing Day with a 2pm kick off. Players from both teams won’t be keen and sadly rules me out too as I’m working.

Afro
I always thought Boxing Day was a given in years gone by. Quite happy with it tbh, what the f**k else are you meant to be doing?

Afro
it's always dodgy since there's no trains as well - seems to be popular for people to work it as well though Could be getting whooshed here but there are trains that day. Goes direct from Livingston North to Dumbarton East.

Looking into it, apparently limited services so could still be on for it Edited December 15, 2017 by ATLIS

Looking into it, apparently limited services so could still be on for it By the looks of it, it's a bus between Garrowhill and Partick - must be works at Queen Street and High Street over the festive, I assume. As above, supporters bus will be going so shouldn't be stuck for an option.
dafcburty
My interview with James Penrice which was conducted earlier on this week, which was also in today's The Sun newspaper. https://jordanburtfootball.com/2017/12/16/penrice-hopes-livi-loan-helps-his-premiership-push-with-partick/
Hawk
Wow, Livi are gonna be busy over the next few weeks. Could well scupper their challenge.
Ayia Napa Daz
No chance fella. That's what you want to happen. All these games in hand and still in a play off spot. Just goes to show how well drilled a side Livingston are. Very much still in a title race.
LIVIFOREVER
Yep, Falkirk, Utd, Dumbarton, Dunfermline, ICT and QoS in the space of 19 days, that's going to be a really tough set of games to get through. If we're still in the top 4 after that then we'll be in with a great chance of finishing in the play offs. Looking forward to it though, been 3 weeks since we've had a game and i'm getting withdrawals.
Afro
I think 9 points would be a very good return from the coming 6 games. Definitely the most difficult run of games we've had this season by some stretch, aye, Falkirk and Dunfermline are well off-form at the moment but there's certainly no guarantee that our form won't similarly nosedive after this enforced break we've had. Said that 30 points by the New Year would be a cracking return, will be interesting to see how we get on without Danny Mullen.
