Todorov any good?

If you're relying on him for your goals you'll be left disappointed. He never featured too much for us but I wasn't devastated when he left.

Came on and scored a late goal to get you the equaliser against us. Isn't going to be your main goal scorer but I think he's getting a disservice on here, big man scored the odd goal and always gave it his all.

You've not said anything I didn't. If he's been brought in to Morton to get them goals they'll be disappointed. His work-rate was fine but it's irrelevant when it comes to his goalscoring.

Yeah wasn't just referring to you, the ones saying he's League One at best, he played in the Championship last season for Livi and QotS and got goals. Was played in defence a few times for us too, but did ok when he went forward as a striker. Held the ball up well and would do fine with someone to play off him.

We upgraded to Lee Miller and Ryan Hardie in January, but I thought he did ok with us in the first half of the season.

What’s happening with Craig Sibbald?

Fancy loaning us him since you stole Erskine out from underneath us?

Did well in the Betfred cup games then got injured in a pre season friendly, hasn't really shown up in a game since then, and it's tough getting into our midfield with how well we're doing.

Tbh i'd like to see us loan him out to Ayr just to see the seethe it would cause from Falkirk fans, esp if he scored against them.

Terrible game to watch today. One bit of skill clinched it so fair play to Hearts. We gave a good account of ourself just hope the injuries arent to bad. Wylde looked somewhat off the pace with a couple terrible efforts. Lawless delivery on the corners was also v poor today - couldnt beat the first man everytime! Wish we'd played it on the deck a bit more as we are good enough to pass through teams... anyway no big loss, league more important to us.

Hopefully a one off but Wylde was poor, doesn't seem able to defend which is needed if we're playing him as a wing back, maybe be a better option against teams we're likely to be attacking more. Generally our passing was quite poor and seemed to give it away far too often. We just ran out of ideas with the ball in the final third too, crosses (bar a few) were poor and shots were soft and easily blocked/saved.

Happy to put today down to rustiness after the break, hopefully pick ourselves back up for the league games.

Think we are being a bit harsh on Wylde, he’s probably never played the position we’ve asked him to play today before.

He’s played very little football for Plymouth too, he was off the pace today and struggled but I feel we are judging him very early in his Livi career.

On the game I don’t think we done an awful lot wrong, competed well enough and on another day a draw and a replay would’ve been the result.

We just lacked that wee bit composure when we got into good positions, and the one bit of real quality in the game has decided the outcome.

Lets move on to an equally difficult looking trip to Perth to take on a good St Johnstone team and hope we can get a result to kick start the second half of the league campaign.

Our fans are shite sometimes. You'd have thought we'd been on the end of a 5-0 tanking this week the way some are going - Wylde being written off already, and Menga seemingly the go-to figure after a defeat. As above, we didn't do much wrong today and for some more composure we'd have easily taken a draw. Think the results earlier in the season have perhaps built up a slightly unrealistic level of expectation amongst our fanbase.

Don't blame him, there was hardly any room to get a run up. They should have had a right footer on corners at that side.

Think we got it wrong tactically today. Wylde is not ready to play wing back within our system and should have been hooked for Lamie at half-time. Maybe he will get better but if he continues like that, he should only play as a 10. Hardie should never have been brought off either, even if he wasn't having his best day.

Shout out to Pittman. Our best player today and the only player who offered any real excitement or urgency on the ball.

Agreed. My only criticism of him at the moment would be his lack of pace to really get half a yard on the defender, as evidenced when he was through on goal but eventually ended up sandwiched between their two centre halves.

Agree with all of the above, our fans are clueless at times, have been for a while and a great point that’s been made already is that our early season form has blinkered some people, it’s a cliche but we are a victim of our own success in a way.

Another 10 points and we will guarantee  survival that’s if we haven’t done already which should be seen as a sensational achievement.

Conversely, 10 points over the next 17 games would be abysmal.

Surviving was quite rightly our aim at the start of the season (as it will be next season) but now we're in a great position, we should be getting behind the team as much as possible to try and challenge the top six. We know the players will put the effort in; the fans need to do the same.

Agree with LiviLion, our passing was terrible, gave away the ball a lot, and decision making in the final third wasn't up to much either, Wylde, Menga and even Keaghan should've done better with opportunities we had. Competed well enough with Hearts but the poor passing made it tough to watch and very frustrating. Lawless failing to get the ball past the first man about 4 times was annoying too, complete waste of us having corners. Thought we could've ground out a a draw and taken them  at the TMA but the one bit of quality for their goal put paid to that, hopefully the rustiness in our passing will be out of the way now and we'll be better against St Johnstone.

No excuses for a full time professional footballer not beating the first man no matter what league you are in. Fair enough once per game but 3 times in succession is very poor. Thought big Menga did pretty well roughing them up a bit, had a decent shot saved as well. Preferred Lamie for Wylde, looks better defensively. Certainly evidence of rustiness.
