Considering I know what steps the club are taking are to reduce the wage bill, I'm not worried.

Every journey begins with one small step eh?

So are outgoings at 99p in the £1 as promised and if not when will they be and how much will have been lost by then?

Who is underwriting the losses and is this by donations or more directors loans?

Agreed.

Livi have been severely punished already and are now in safe hands. The rest of us should get over it and get on with supporting our own clubs.

I can agree they have been punished to an extent but still annoyed that they have buggered up our league by dropping from nowhere with a full time squad and no punishment relative to us div3 types, not saying this is right but still cant help feeling aggreived if no deduction.

..for administration.

This is about scratching a fixture.

Administration, the appeal against the severity of the punishment and postponement of the fixture were all related. Valid reason was given in plenty time for all parties to know what was happening.

"ah'm not wantin' ae play this gem coz eh ah relegashun" is not a valid excuse for missing a fixture.

Did the entire squad go down with bubonic plauge? no

Was the pitch unplayable? no

You can't just pick and choose which games you're going to turn up for. They should be hit with a points deduction.

 firstly, these white knights have not come to Livi for nothing. Secondly, we've heard that phrase often before.

The rest of us should get over it and get on with supporting our own clubs.

Normally I'd agree, but in this case letting a club scratch a tie without punishment IMO sets a worrying precedent.

They scratched a fixture issued by the Secretary on behalf of the SFL MC. Regardless of the legitimacy of that tie or otherwise, it is an offence. SFL MC are perfectly justified to investigate it and if necessary, hand out sanctions.

Would the decision to play have prejudiced the decision? yes.

Would you have made that statement, if it had happened to your Club. ?.

But the SFL were all in favour of the decision to not play until the Friday morning! Would it have set a 'precedent' if the appeal had been submitted at 8:59 on the Friday morning? The decision would have been completely the same anyway but with the SFL's acceptance. Unless you are seriously suggesting we tried to rile up the SFL by leaving it so late (as opposed to having discussion about it (which we should have been allowed)), that is a ludicrous view to take.

We should have been allowed the 10 days to submit an appeal which wouldn't be prejudiced but only got 3/4.
