Yeah Martindale and the backroom staff were key from Hoppy to Holt, Miller didn't fit in as manager but i'm sure there are others that would.

Will be interesting to see if we change slightly and go more attack minded to compensate for our new defence. It'll take time to get as solid a defence as we have had so we may need to get more goals now.

Yea, I think the offensive options will be stronger next season so I think we could beat our ‘goals for’; on the contrary, I think it will be almost impossible for us to better the defensive unit of this season (incl. Kelly) so I expect us to concede more.

It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out as I think our low scoring meant teams would try and hit us hard and early, at least in second half of season; and there possibly wasn’t the biggest risk given the relatively few goals we scored.

Based on the signing of Bartley, I’m excited to see how we’ll shape up next year; I’m looking forward to plenty 4-3 thrillers

I don’t think he’ll get it, but there’s no doubt if Gary Holt was offered the Kilmarnock job he’d be off. If that was the case, who would folk fancy to take over?

The most realistic option for me is Jim Goodwin. Wouldn’t be my first choice in an ideal world but budget wise it seems a pretty predictable one.

Another Dylan Easton, looked full of promise but never lived up to it, and ended up a lower league journeyman.

Just turned down Dundee Utd for Kelty Hearts...

Cameron Clark away, thought he looked like a decent defender. Wonder if Hamish Thomson is away as well, both looked like good defenders at reserve level for their age. Shame if we lose those two tbh

Anyone else thinking it would be worth taking a punt on Raith's Kevin Nisbet, he's scored 30 goals in League One, and at 22 he's just the type of player we like to help develop at Livi.
He was almost completely anonymous against us in both legs. The only thing of note he did was blow a one on one, not even hitting the target. Given how poor our defence has been this season it speaks volumes that he never looked like scoring.

You don't score that many goals being shite, but I think it would be too big a jump for him at this time. And if he would be partnering Dykes then I could guarantee Livi wouldn't be scoring many goals via their strikers.

Might've been worth a punt if we were still in the championship. Not now though, we can do better. At 22 he's not exactly a baby either.

Knox officially away, thank f**k. Should've took the money when we had the chance

Where is the confirmation of this?

He posted on his Instagram "Had a great 9 years @livingstonfootballclub with a lot of memories. Couldn't have asked for a better group of lads to play football with every day and I wish them all the very best!! Excited to move on to the next chapter."

Thank feck.
Utter pish.
Called a ref a "fucking poof" during a reserve game, got sent off and was instantly told he would never play for us again.

Good riddance to the wee fanny.

I was at that game as well, he came off the pitch and stormed out the stadium like a wee fanny. Huge disappointment of a player but genuinely never looked that good

Reportedly squared up to the ref after the game as well.....

He's honestly such a wee idiot. Wonder what team he'll end up at

Can we though, he'd only need to score 8 goals to be as good a striker as we've had the last 2 seasons. Scott Pittman was playing in the juniors at that age, so I wouldn't base anything on him not being a youngster anymore, he's still developing and could improve enough to cut it at this level.
