Remember when the DDT was a devastating move?

There are tons of these great moves that are now just so overused they have lost any real significance.

Absolutely! I mind at WM8 when Jake DDT'd taker on the outside and young me thought he had legit almost murdered him 😂

They also need to cut out the suicide dives taking so many people out. Damian Preist did one in NXT the other day and it literally wiped out 9 or 10 folk including Dunne and Damo.

Wiping out like 2 or 3 is fine but when a 250lb man takes out nearly a dozen folk who are similarly built, most of whom take no impact of the move, it's cringy looking.

And in one hour of TV, CM Punk instantly becomes the most interesting thing on WWE based TV again:

Roasts Seth Rollins

Cuts a promo on Tom Arnold

Asks Renee Young who her favourite Sheild member is

Calls the decision to change the ugly universal title to the same belt only blue, stupid

Calls the Corbin promo segment hot garbage

Gets Paige to agree with him on how Corbin section is shite

Says David Arquette should have called him a bum and attacked his 0-2 MMA record whilst cutting a promo on him

Doesn't rule out an in ring return

Advice to Seth: Stop tweeting and trying so hard

Seth: Waits 10 minutes and sends tweet about it

Any other company with half a brain would take this guy and instantly make him a massive heel. The heat he gets for not only his horrible, contrived promo style (which admittedly is heavily scripted and really not his fault as we are seeing now with Moxley and Cody) but moreover, his lack of social media savvy makes this guy deeply unlikeable and they need to capitalise on the fact that he's a dickhead.

If Seth Rollins posted on P&B he'd be held in the same esteem as Grimbo or Magee.

I quite like Cornette's podcasts for the most part but man that's just an inexcusably stupid thing to say. Hard to imagine how anyone with his level of experience doing commentary would think that was something that wouldn't cause issues.
