Some truly bizarre booking decisions from a company that’ll be lucky to get a platform like this again. Shouldn’t let it detract from what was a great show with some great moments though. Well worth going out your way just to see Ibushi/Naito - excellent stuff. The chief one being the attempt to debut Cass and Enzo which went down as well as can be expected. Not as good as NXT but that bar was pretty high. I’ve never really been a big fan, but they have given her some shit over the years. She’s fell some way since her and Charlotte main evented RAW for the belt, and she’s probably done everything she can in the company. The only things I disagree with are the 1.75* Miz/Shane match which I think deserves a lot more credit. Each to their own. Also I don't think the Takeover main event was much, if any, better than the first 3 matches on that card. 5.5* though, Gargano just keeps churning out classics like it's nothing so fair play.
