  1. I just cant seem to get enough sleep (Aye, I know it sounds like a plug for a Faithless track). I cant remember the last time I had "a good nights sleep" - cant seem to get more than 6 hours and wake up a lot during the night. According to my garmin watch my sleep quality is generally shite as well, which is no surprise to me............. Even since I got off the commuting hamster wheel (when I used to get up for stupid early flights to London etc) and went self emp almost 6 years ago I still cannae sleep past about 6/6.30 any day of the week. The worst is when I wake up in the middle of the night and just lie there - sometimes put on a podcast and fall back to sleep but still wake up knackered. I am sometimes in a bit of a coma if I have been on the bevvy, but feel absolutely knackered all day after. I am pretty fit and active, and do fall asleep quite quickly - the issue is how long I stay asleep. What makes it worse is that my wife and son sleep like the dead and I feel like I have done a days work by the time they get up at weekends............. Anyone else a bad sleeper? Any tips?
